Here are some frequently asked questions. If you have a question that isn't answered below, please contact us.

Q: I'm having trouble registering. Why don't I see a place to submit payments?
A: We're using Eventbrite to manage registration. The event is free, but registration is required to receive a Zoom link. If you're having trouble, contact us.
Q: Will this event be recorded?
A: All plenary sessions will be recorded. Small groups will not be. This is intentional, as we want to encourage people to engage constructively and freely without the censorship that often comes with knowing you are being recorded.

Q: Will this event be translated?
A: All plenary sessions will be simultaneously translated into English and Mandarin. Panelists will speak in whichever of these three languages they are most comfortable with. The audience will be able to hear remarks in their preferred language by selecting the appropriate language channel at the bottom of the Zoom window. Breakout sessions will not be simultaneously translated. However, we will have bilingual support staff in each breakout room.

Q: Where should I send my small group notes?
A: Please submit your notes using the "Submit Research" page on the conference website (under the "Resources" menu).

Q: How do I submit the paper and/or recorded presentation I created for this conference?
A: To have your research added to our resource hub on the conference website, use the "Submit Research" page under the "Resources" menu.

Q: Where do I find papers and presentations that have been submitted by conference participants?
A: Papers and pre-recorded presentations by conference participants can be found under the "Resources" tab. Papers are under "Articles" and recordings are under "Video."  We are still receiving and uploading materials so be sure to check back for new additions!
